REGULATIONS
Freestyle - any stroke
Competitors may enter 1 event
FORMAT
The start will be a) Individual/Mass/Wave according to competition class
b) 1k at xxh
c) 2k at xxh
Safety craft will accompany swimmers.
Raise an arm if in difficulty.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Wet suits are strongly recommended.
Race numbers must not be altered, cut or folded in any way.
Swimming Caps provided
