REGULATIONS
Competitors may enter the 800m or 1600m and/or Relay.
Open Water.
Any Stroke - Freestyle.
Water Start.
Check in 30 mins before start.
800m or 1600m and 4 x 400m relay
The relay consists of any 4 persons (WOM,MEN or MIX).
Swimmers will need a NOWCA account .
Specific competition details will be provided at Registration.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Swimming caps not provided.
