750m Swim 20K Cycle 5K Run

REGULATIONS
Competitors must supply their own safe cycles.
BSI ANSI or SNELL rated cycle helmets are compulsory.
Cover discs are permitted on the rear wheel only.
Drafting is not permitted.
Specific Competition Details will be provided at Registration.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Helmet compulsory.
Swim caps supplied.
CLASSES
There are age categories in the Games called Competition Classes.
Open 30-39 40-49 50+
Classes are determined by age as of 31 December 2018.
Any participant may choose Open but high standard competitors are encouraged to select it.
Competitors may enter one Class only in any one event.
