REGULATIONS
Competitors may enter the 750m or 1500m and/or the relay.
Open Water.
Any Stroke - Freestyle.
Water Start.
Check in 30 mins before start.
4 x 500m relay
The relay consists of any 4 persons (WOM,MEN or MIX).
Specific competition details will be provided at Registration.
