Cycling and Running times combined

REGULATIONS

Competitors will compete in the 5k run event and the Cycling 16k Time Trial event. The combined times of the two events will determine the Duathlon overall time.

Uniform and Equipment

Competitors must supply their own safe cycles, spares, and tools. British Cycling lifted the ban on disc brakes from the 1st of January 2018. As a result, disc brakes will now be permitted in both the time trial and road race. BSI ANSI or SNELL rated cycle helmets are compulsory.

Appropriate and safe running gear and footwear.
