UCI - modified for Corporate Games
REGULATIONS
Competitors may enter 2 events.
10 Mile Time Trial and/or the Crit Road Race
Specific Competition Details will be provided at Registration.
COURSES
Individual Time Trial on 10-mile circuit (12 ½ Laps).
Individual Crit Road Race is a 45-minute Cycle and a 3 Lap Finish.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Competitors must supply their own safe cycles, spares and tools. British Cycling lifted the ban on disc brakes from the 1st January 2018. As a result disc brakes will now be permitted in both the time trial and road race. BSI ANSI or SNELL rated cycle helmets are compulsory.
In line with British Cycling and UCI cameras, Go-Pro's etc may not be on riders or mounted on their bikes during the events.
CLASSES
There are age categories in the Games called Competition Classes.
Classes are determined by age as of 31 December.
Any participant may choose Open but high standard competitors are encouraged to select it.
* In the interests of safety, novice riders should make themselves known to the Corporate Games in advance as it may be advisable to have a non-competitive ride.
