IAAF - modified for Corporate Games
REGULATIONS
Competitors may enter the 3K or 9K and/or the Relay.
Relay Event - 4 x 1500m
Mixed teams must have no more than 3 players of each gender.
Specific Competition Details will be provided at Registration.
UNIFORM & EQUIPMENT
Competition number provided by the organizers.
Race numbers must be clearly displayed on the front of running vests, and must not be cut or folded in any way.
Water is available.
CLASSES
There are age categories in the Games called Competition Classes.
Open 30-39 40-49 50+
Classes are determined by age as of 31 December in the year of the Games.
